A bath after a workout
Muscular fatigue can be relieved with a long hot bath.
Ingredients: 4 drops of essential oil of rosemary, 3 drops of essential oil of marjoram and 2 drops of essential oil of ginger.
Pour the oils into very hot water, stir and enjoy a relaxing bath for 15 minutes, and finish off with a leg massage, first by rubbing with the palms and then by gently applying circular movements with the knuckles.
