From Madrid
Autovía de Extremadura A5, up to exit 123 (Ávila, Talavera, Herrera del Duque).
Head for Ávila, taking the N-502.
At the junction in Ramacastañas, turn right towards Ávila.
Go past the village of Cuevas del Valle, without leaving the N-502, and some 600 m after the last house the Roman road is signposted, after which a small turning loop on the right allows you to take a concrete track off to the left of the road.
Our guesthouse is where you see solar panels and a green windmill.
After 60 m you come to our entry gate. |

From Avila
Take the N-110 towards Piedrahita and, after a few kilometres, turn off towards Arenas de San Pedro on the N-502.
After the passes of Menga and El Pico, 600 m before the village of Cuevas del Valle, our road turns off to the right, with a tight and barely visible bend, just before our green windmill. |
