Terms and conditions
Reservations are confirmed on the receipt in our bank account of the corresponding deposit.
If a reservation is cancelled at least 15 days before the intended arrival date, a refund of the deposit may be requested.
If a cancellation is made from 15 to 3 days before the intended arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded, but it will be maintained for a subsequent reservation.
If a cancellation is made on the intended arrival date or one of the two previous days, the deposit will be neither refunded nor maintained.
The company will not be liable for any theft, injury or damage sustained by guests in our facilities. Minors should be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. The owner of the resort expressly declares that the facilities contain various hazards which are especially considerable for unaccompanied minors, such as a swimming pool, water tanks, terrace walls, etc., and accepts no liability for any damage or accidents that may occur. |
